How long is the delivery?
For domestic (Hong Kong and other Asian countries) orders, please allow 3-5 business days for your parcel to arrive.
For overseas order, it takes around 7-10 business days for your parcel to arrive.
Please note that this is not a guaranteed time frame and delays may occur.
Do you offer free delivery Worldwide?
We offer free delivery within Asia including Hong Kong, Macau, Malaysia, Singapore and Taiwan. There would be a HKD$150 delivery charge in other countries.
Can I set my own delivery time?
Yes definitely, if you want to deliver your order in a specific time , please feel free to type your requested delivery time in the special instruction box under the shopping cart button.

HOW TO SEND IN YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE
Step 1. Fill in an online request with your order number & email.
- Select the item(s) you wish to exchange or return for a refund
- Select your reason for returning – we would like to know how we can improve!
- Indicate your exchange or refund request
a) Refund: to store credit or original payment method
b) Exchange: specify the details of the product you would like to exchange for
Step 2. Pack your item(s) into a bag with a note of your request RMA# number.
Step 3. Drop off your package/ Track your return - please keep a record of the receipt from courier.
Check for the nearest SF Express store to drop off your package for return and send to below address. Return postage costs will be at your expense, unless items received are faulty or not as ordered.

Step 4. Look out for email notification
Once we received your return item(s), you will receive an email on the status of your return/exchange.
EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
- Items are eligible for a full refund if returned within 14 days for Asia order and within 30 days for International order from the day your received it.
- All sale items are Non-exchangeable and Non-refundable
- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached and be returned the same condition you received and in original packaging.
PROCESSING AND TIME FRAME
Refund:
- Returns via SF drop off usually take 3-5 working days before your return parcel arrives at our Showroom
- Upon arrival of your return item, our team will take 1-2 working days to process your return.
- You will receive an email notification on the status of your return/exchange.
- Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account, depending on your card issuer policies.
Exchange:
- Your new exchange item will be delivered in 3-5 business days once we received your return parcel back at our showroom.
- We will be sending you email/WhatsApp notifications once your exchange item sent out.
