What courier companies do you use?

We currently use SF Express as our courier to Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan. For overseas order, we might use other courier companies for your convenience. Please feel free to track your SF order at the below website or install the Flexiship apps by SF Express.

How long is the shipping delivery?

For domestic (Hong Kong and Asia) orders, we use SF express as shipping, please allow 3-5 business days from the date of shipment for your parcel to arrive.

For overseas order, it takes around 7-10 business days for shipment.

Please note that this is not a guaranteed time frame and delays may occur.

Do you offer free delivery Worldwide?

We offer free delivery within Asia including Hong Kong, Macau, Malaysia and Taiwan. There would be a HKD$150 delivery charge in other region.

Can I set my own delivery time?

Yes definately, if you want to deliver your order in a speicfic time , please feel free to type your requested delivery time range in the special instruction box under the shopping cart button. 

Can I exchange my order?

Definitely! If you would like to exchange one item for another, you must first return the original item and kindly let us know which item would you like to exchange for by filling in the Return form.

Please fill in your return form and send it back with the parcel.

  • Merchandise must be returned within 10 days.
  • Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
  • Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.

Ship your package using a trackable, insured shipping method. (SF is preferred) Please keep the tracking details for your records.

If the new item you picked is cheaper than the one you have bought, you will be refunded for the original item in accordance with our usual returns policy. You can also choose to receive your refund as credit, which will enable you to purchase a replacement item quickly and seamlessly.

We do not accept exchange for Sales Items.

Can I do a refund if I change my mind?

Yes we do accept a refund.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund.

If your return is approved, we will refund to your credit card or by bank deposit (Please email or Facebook inbox us if you need to be refund by bank deposit).You will receive the credit within a certain amount of day, depending on your card issuer policies.
