Returns & Exchange

* Can I exchange my order?
Yes Definitely! If you would like to exchange one item for another, you must first return the original item and kindly let us know which item would you like to exchange for by filling in the Return form. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. We do not accept exchange for Sales Items.
 
Please fill in your return form and send it back with the parcel.
- Merchandise must be returned within 10 days.
- Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
- Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.
 
Ship your package using a trackable, insured shipping method. (SF is preferred) Please keep the tracking details for your records.
 
* What if my exchange item is cheaper than my original item, will the difference be refunded?
If the new item you picked is cheaper than the one you have bought, you will be refunded for the original item in accordance with our usual returns policy. You can also choose to receive your refund as credit, which will enable you to purchase a replacement item quickly and seamlessly.
 
* What if my exchange item is more expensive than my original item, what do I have to do?
If the new item you picked is more expensive than the one you have bought, you will have to transfer us the difference by ATM or payme. We will message you for the amount and account information. Don’t worry.
 
* Can I get store credit for future purchase for my return item?
Yes Definitely! You can choose to receive your return item as store credit for future purchase, which will enable you to purchase a new item quickly and seamlessly in the future with our new collection. We will email or message you with the store credit code.
 
* Can I do a refund if I change my mind?
Yes we do accept a refund. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. We do not accept refund for Sales Items.

* When can I get the refund?
Once we receive your item, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will refund back to your original payment method. (Please email or Facebook inbox us if you need to be refund by bank deposit or Payme). If you paid by credit card, you will receive the credit within a few days, depending on your card issuer policies.
